Frontal impact: The protection offered to the driver head was poor which leaded to the zero star result, driver chest protection was weak and driver neck received adequate protection. Passenger head and neck received good protection, chest received adequate protection from the restraint systems. There were hazardous structures in the area of the facia that could be impacted by the driver and front passenger knees. The foot well was unstable after the impact. The vehicle cell was rated as unstable and cannot withstand further loading. Side impact: driver door and driver side sliding door opened during the crash. Head protection is good, chest protection is marginal and pelvis and abdomen protection is good. The car was rated with zero stars just after the frontal impact, the side impact was performed by request of the car manufacturer. The car does not offer ABS and ESC.
